Gregg A. Agens, B.B.A.’76
Lead Engagement Partner and Quality Review Partner (Retired)
Gregg Agens is a retired partner with more than 35 years of experience, serving the majority of his career at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers. Before retiring in 2015, Agens spent 27 years as the lead engagement and quality review partner for the professional services firm, working with a variety of private and multinational public audit clients across several industry groups, including engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, U.S. government contracting, consumer products, and mining.
Mark Crawford, B.B.A.’76
Shareholder and Chairman
With a notable career spanning more than 40 years, Mark Crawford serves as shareholder and chairman of the Board of Doeren Mayhew, the 57th largest CPA and consulting firm in the nation. As leader and steward of the company, Crawford guides the firm’s client service, growth, people development, risk management, and cultural and strategic direction. Under his guidance, the firm has grown its revenue by more than 700 percent and expanded its footprint across the U.S. as well as abroad.
Ronald C. Edmonds, B.B.A.’79

The Dow Chemical Company
Joining The Dow Chemical Company in 1992, Ronald Edmonds has risen to progressively responsible positions. He began in the corporate audit department as the Latin America audit manager. Moving back to the states in 1997, Edmonds held several roles in the company before becoming global accounting director in 2001. In 2009, Edmonds was named vice president and controller. He assumed responsibility for the tax department in early 2016.
Douglas P. Roosa, B.B.A.'82
Director of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Doug Roosa has more than 33 years of international financial executive experience. During the past 20 years, he has served in various executive and officer roles with several large multinational publicly traded companies headquartered in Michigan. In 2009, Roosa joined General Motors during its unprecedented financial restructuring as director of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance to lead the company’s financial controls and compliance management activities.
Prior to joining General Motors, Roosa held other executive positions, including general auditor for Masco Corporation, as well as leading human resources for a global company with more than 10,000 employees worldwide. He began his career in public accounting and was an audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He is a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant.
Roosa has held leadership roles with professional and non-profit organizations and is an avid supporter of music, other fine arts and education. He is a member of the accountancy advisory council at Western Michigan University and served as a member of the dean’s executive cabinet for WMU’s college of fine arts. He currently serves as chair of the board of directors for the Michigan Association of CPAs and is a member of the governing council for the American Institute of CPAs. He is a former director and chair of the board of directors for the Accounting Aid Society.
