Kelly Salchow MacArthur is Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Michigan State University. She received her M.F.A. in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati. Kelly served as President of the Detroit Chapter of AIGA, which followed five years of service as Education Director for the Detroit and Kansas City Chapters. Her concepts and design work have been published in several books and presented at conferences. Her work has been exhibited internationally, and selected by Graphis, Print, Creative Quarterly, GD USA, and AIGA Kansas City and AIGA Detroit competitions. Kelly's lecture will be about her research in three-dimensional design.
