BRING YOUR "A-GAME" TO WORK

Learn how to define, discuss, practice and apply the seven behaviors of work ethic in this day long workshop.

This event will take place in 2345 Schneider Hall from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a Leadership & Service - Advanced Level SPuRS event.

Students interested in participating in this event must apply before Thursday, October 31 at 5:00 pm. Your application is not finalized until you have emailed Danielle Field the most up-to-date version of your resume.

B.B.A. ORIENTATIONs

B.B.A. Orientation is required for students during the semester that they are finishing their last pre-business coursework. At this event, students will have the opportunity to hear from the dean or associate dean of the college, faculty members and employers and will also complete paperwork to declare a major in business. Employers will participate in an Insider's Scoop panel, where students have the opportunity to ask questions about resumes, interviews, job search tips and any other topics they have about what they will need to do to become career ready.

Beta Alpha Psi Resume Workshop

Business Bash

An event for Haworth College of Business students, Business Bash is coordinated by the Student Leadership Advisory Board and designed to welcome new and returning business students and acquaint them with student organizations, academic departments, career center and study abroad office. MAJOR MATCH-UP

  • Major Match-Up is an event for all students wishing to explore Haworth College of Business Majors. A student could explore two majors each evening with senior level students who are knowledgeable and engaged. Students will be able to learn what it takes to be successful in the major, what the coursework is like, who the faculty are, which employers come to campus to hire students for internships and/or full time positions in this major, which organizations are aligned with the major, which events are best to attend, and any other questions that you may have. THIS IS A PEER TO PEER EVENT, designed to provide information to first and second year students who are exploring options in order to select a major.
