Born and raised in Detroit, Trolisie Fletcher has brought her love of the mitten state to her work for more than 15 years in several city of Detroit departments. Beginning as an accountant for the city’s finance department in 2001, Fletcher now holds a position as financial analyst III for the city. Her responsibilities include supervising the strategic financial modeling and annual business planning process for city agencies, applying budget guidelines, cost and margin analysis, and more.
Fletcher graduated from Western Michigan University in 1997, where she studied finance and accounting at the Haworth College of Business, before receiving her MBA in strategic management from Davenport University in 2004.
Fletcher is also the chief executive officer of her own event planning company, Treasured Moments, LLC, and president of the Theresa Deanna Smith Scholarship Foundation, established in 2014 in memory of her mother. She is actively involved in her church, Evangel Ministries, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and her community. Fletcher currently holds a seat on the Haworth College of Business young alumni board.
