As a Bronco student athlete and graduate of WMU with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Antonio Neves began what would be a 10-year career in the television industry co-hosting Nickelodeon’s “U-Pick Live” in New York City. During his television career, he went on to work as a correspondent and producer for top networks, interviewing Grammy and Oscar winners, heads of state and executives for major media outlets including NBC, MSN, E! News, BET, PBS and more.

In 2011, Neves founded THINQACTION, a consultancy that supports organizations in identifying solutions to their most complex challenges. Also the co-founder of the accelerator The Ignition Lab, Neves uses his journalism and business experience to create immersive learning experiences for organizations, teams and individuals fueled by the principles of ideation, collaboration and co-solving.

As a certified coach, Neves leads workshops and webinars for top companies that include MSN, MediaBistro,, the U.S. Small Business Administration and social impact non-profits. With a background rooted in storytelling, he has interviewed top Fortune 500 CEOs and entrepreneurs where he covered startup scenes, innovation and leadership. Today, his work appears in,, MSN Money, Fox Business, Yahoo! Business and CNBC.

An in demand speaker, Neves delivers keynotes and has been a featured speaker at the Consumer Electronics Show, Big Omaha, New York City Creative Week, Big Des Moines and on college campuses nationwide.

Most notably, Neves served as a correspondent of the NBC-produced business show “Cool Runnings.” He holds a Master of Science in journalism from Columbia University.
