Brianna Amat is what you’d call well-rounded. She has history working for organizations such as Red Bull, the J.M. Smucker Company and Kraft Heinz. Now, Amat is bringing this experience to SC Johnson, where she holds the position of category and shopper leadership advisor for several household department categories at Family Dollar. Every day, Amat is leading the effort to implement best-in-class merchandising strategies to improve the shopping experience—and she’s nailing it.

Another thing on Amat’s resume? Her recent participation in the Network of Executive Women Rising Stars program, a training course designed to accelerate mid-level leaders through increasing self-awareness, building leadership skills and expanding business networks.
