Amanda Holman is one of the lucky ones – she is someone who can truly say her work is making an impact every single day. As a human resources generalist for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Holman supports the Anatomical Pathology Division of the company, where the mission is to improve people’s lives by enabling better cancer diagnosis.

In her current role, Holman provides support, advice and consultation for leaders within the organization and works to ensure alignment with overall business and HR strategy. It’s no wonder she has been continually promoted and recognized for her commitment to success throughout her five-year tenure with the company, winning the Thermo Fisher Scientific 4i Value Spot Award five times since 2016.
