HR Manager, Eaton

Since graduating from WMU in 2011, Tracy White has been on the move. She received her master’s in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University in 2013, and has been building her career at Eaton, a multinational power management company.

Following graduation, White started in the HR Leadership Development Program, a rotational program designed to develop the skills needed by future leaders. Her first role was at an engine valve manufacturing plant in Iowa that later led her to Eaton’s foundry and divisional headquarters in New York. From here, she rolled off the program early into an HR manager role in Texas, before heading to the vehicle group in Michigan. In 2016, White was named HR manager supporting the global engineering, program management, marketing and finance teams, which led her to her current position as the HR manager of an aerospace manufacturing facility in Mississippi.
