Valenti Discusses Success

Sam Valenti, chairman of the board of TriMas Corp. and chairman and CEO of Valenti Capital and World Capital Partners, wraps up the 2012-13 Distinguished Speaker Series with his presentation, "Total Success: Why WMU is the Greatest Thing That Ever Happened to You," on April 17 at 3:30 p.m. in 2000 Schneider Hall. The event is open to the public; free parking is available in the nearby Fetzer Center lot.

APICS Golf Outing is April 20—Register Today!

Photo of golf courseThe WMU chapter of APICS, the Association for Operations Management, is once again hosting a golf outing for students and alumni. The outing will take place on April 20 at the Lake Doster Golf Club in Plainwell, Mich.

The event includes 18 holes of golf with cart and steak dinner; $65 for alumni and friends. Hole sponsorship and raffle donation opportunities available. Check in time is noon with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. Register today!
