The Center for Research on Instructional Change in Post-Secondary Education, a part of Western Michigan University, conducts and supports interdisciplinary research focused on promoting transformative change in postsecondary education.
It is a University-level research center that directly reports to the provost. The center builds on the recognized WMU research strengths in higher education and STEM education, and serves as a focal point for WMU faculty and external collaborators to engage in interdisciplinary collaborative research related to facilitating change in postsecondary education.
The center is organized into focus areas, each with an associate director. Focus areas are flexible and are expected to change over time.
