ECON 3190 - Environmental Econ

The study of economic aspects of environmental problems. Benefit-cost analysis is introduced and applied to problems in the management of air, water and other natural resources. Environmental problems of selected industries - including transportation and electric power - economic growth, population and environmental quality are analyzed. This course satisfies WMU Essential Studies Level 3: Connections – Local and National Perspectives Category.
