COVID-19 Outbreak Precaution

WMU Dining Precautions for Safe Food Service

Dining Services asks that all customers wear homemade face coverings, if medically able to tolerate, in the Grab'n Go serving area. This requirement aligns with Governor Whitmer's executive order 2020-59. Dining employees are provided with a face mask to safely serve customers throughout their shift. Appropriately fitting face covering should fit snugly, attach at the ears, and cover the nose, mouth and chin. Please refrain from touching face or covering.

Combos may include:

  • 1 entree or sandwich
  • 1 starch or side
  • 1 serving of vegetables
  • 1 serving of fruit

» Guests should enter the Bernhard Center using the north entrance door, on the Henry Hall side of the building. This $7 Grab'n Go Combo price is valid through summer II 2020. Cash, credit/debit, and Dining Dollars are accepted.

How to practice social distancing in Dining

  • Recognize how much space is between you and others, especially in line
  • Use the taped Xs on the floor as guides for appropriate distance between you and others (at least 6 feet)
  • Be patient, you may be asked to wait before entering the Grab'n Go area if capacity has been reached inside

Please note: if given the choice, always choose to wash your hands over using hand sanitizer. Washing hands is the safer option, if possible!
