Scheduled appointments are ideal for prospective students, newly-admitted transfer students, students needing to create a graduation plan, students needing a financial aid letter, ROTC advising or post-baccalaureate initial teacher certification advising. Phone appointments can be made for students when physically coming to our office presents a hardship.
For tasks that need less advising time, including adding a major or minor within the college, planning courses for the next semester, applying for graduation, completing NCAA advising or requesting study abroad course approval, please utilize our drop-in hours.
Drop-in advising is for students who need to add a major or minor within the college, plan courses for their next semester, apply for graduation, complete NCAA advising or request study abroad course approval. During drop-in advising, advisors will meet with you on a first-come, first-served basis. Drop-in advising is for sessions that will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Drop-in advising is available from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to the usual drop-in advising times will be posted below.
Drop-in advising lab (start in Advising Office in Sangren).
Advising lab allows college advisors to work one-on-one with students in a computer lab during priority registration.
