Engineers without Borders

What is Engineers Without Borders all about?

We are a multidisciplinary, student-run organization with the purpose of making an impact on our local and global community by volunteering all around the globe. While the national organization of EWB has been around since 2001, our chapter at WMU started in the spring of 2016 and is continuously growing. Our program helps students to develop skills in various engineering fields and beyond, while simultaneously making a tremendous impact on those in need locally and internationally.

Types of Events

We host weekly general assembly meetings, international project team meetings, local project team meetings, fundraiser events at Western and off campus, and events with local professionals.
