Carl R. Mullins received his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013. He received his M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University in 2015. Mr. Mullins joined Busek Co. Inc. in Natick, Massachusetts in April 2016 where he has been working as the lead engineer on a commercial Hall thruster and cathode qualification effort. His work includes supporting Hall thrusters ranging from low to high power for space based missions. In 2015 Mr. Mullins was awarded the AIAA Best Paper Award in Electric Propulsion at Joint Propulsion Conference.
