WMU's entrepreneurship minor will help you understand economic and social value in new venture formation, design, finance and entrepreneurial management. Because the minor is open to all WMU students, you will have an opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams, construct business models, assess feasibility and, in some cases, launch a new venture. This minor provides students with a foundation in entrepreneurial concepts, and requires 15 credit hours, including three credits in each of the following:
- Entrepreneurial concepts
- Entrepreneurial finance
- New product or service development
The remaining six credits must be approved by an entrepreneurship advisor.
