2022 Fall Tai Chi Classes
Fall non-credit Tai Chi classes are open for public registration. $120 for all 12 sessions, $60 for participants over 55 or WMU student, $25 for WMU employees. Payment information will be sent after the registration.

Interested in learning to teach group fitness or F45? Our instructor training will give you the skills you need to teach a variety of group fitness classes! This program includes lecture and hands-on practical training. Participants who complete the training are given an opportunity to audition and interview for a group fitness or F45 position with University Recreation!

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)
This is a live, online training. It is a three-day program, September 15-17. TF-CBT is an evidence-based trauma treatment for children and adolescents. It is attachment-focused, involving caregivers. This training is intended for master or doctoral level mental health clinicians and meets partial requirements for national certification. Earn 12 social work CEs.
