Sustainability Celebration

The WMU Office for Sustainability invites you to the 2021 Sustainability Celebration on Friday, Sept. 17, from noon to 3 p.m. Stop by and learn about campus sustainability initiatives and local organizations. The event is designed to foster community across all academic disciplines. Refreshments and complimentary parking are included.

Healthy Way

The Healthy Way program is designed for faculty and staff who want to achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based nutrition and physical activity guidelines, mindful eating, and behavior change strategies. Virtual WebEx sessions are facilitated by a registered dietitian and are designed to provide individual and peer support.

8th Annual 2021 Kalamazoo WRAPS SOC Conference

This two-day conference allows for attendance at several breakout sessions regarding the improvement in the systems of care through various subjects. Each day will begin with a large-group plenary session, and move to breakout sessions- attendees can select the presentations they would like to attend. CEs are included in the registration fee for a total of 4 hours each day for a maximum of 8 hours for the 2-day conference

Sitting for prolonged periods of time increases your risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease, and may lead to stiff joint pain and injury.
