The Cemeteries of Kalamazoo, an Osher Life Long Learning Course

Posted by Angela Brcka for University Libraries

There are many ways available to tell the history of a town, city or county including books, structures and cemeteries. This class will look at the final resting places of so many who lived in Kalamazoo County and played a role in the day-to-day life of this area. Close to fifty cemeteries from Alamo to Wakeshma Townships will be included in a review of their history, their design and some of their inhabitants.
