Climate Café

Posted by Angela Brcka for University Libraries

Join us for a Climate Café in Waldo Library! This special Climate Café is open to students, faculty, and community members.

About Climate Cafés

Climate Cafés are welcoming spaces with facilitators where people who are concerned about the climate crisis meet to share their thoughts and feelings about climate-related issues.

We do not plan actions, discuss climate policy or persuade people to get involved with any work. Our mission is to cultivate community for all students regardless of identity or beliefs so that they feel less isolated in their concerns and more connected with our campus and global communities.

Climate Cafés were created by the Climate Psychology Alliance.

This event is a part of Climate Emergency Month hosted by Western Michigan University's Climate Change Working Group.
