Visible Mending

Posted by Angela Brcka for University Libraries

This workshop serves to teach participants the techniques and principles of visible mending. Visible mending is a method of clothing repair that covers up holes, stains and fitting issues in a creative, eye-catching way with techniques including embroidery and patching. Attendees are encouraged to bring any clothing items they wish to mend.
