David Flanagan is a professor of management at WMU. He is an expert in corporate strategy and leadership. He will lead the session on the New Paradigm of Leadership.
Scott Cowley is an assistant professor of marketing in the Haworth College of Business at WMU. He will lead the session on Leveraging Social Media skills.
Laura Lee Larson will lead the Lumina process to help participants understand and manage inherent personality traits on diverse business teams to accelerate results.
Derrick McIver is a professor of leadership and business strategy at WMU. researches and teaches on the intersection between people, strategy, technology, and purpose. He is passionate about collaborating with companies to explore how the challenges of the future of work, cultures, processes, services, technologies and products meet at the nexus of people, strategy, technology and purpose.
Matt Ross is a professor of finance and will lead the session on project management. He brings experience in both business finance and financial institutions, and will bring insight into understanding financial measures and metrics.
Tim Palmer is a professor of strategic management and director of the Center for Sustainable Business Practices at the WMU Haworth College of Business. He teaches ethics and sustainability and strategic management.
Bob Samples is director of the Emerging Leaders Program and Executive In Residence and instructor at WMU. A 33-year food marketing executive, he was vice president of sales and marketing at a Fortune 100 firm.
