Kymberly Graham, senior manager for diversity and inclusion at Nielsen Company, is responsible
for inclusive talent and culture practices. From recruiting and interviewing to onboarding and
development, Graham's focus is on ensuring the internal
processes are inclusive and positively impact
Nielsen's objectives and the diverse talent experience. Additionally, she manages five of Nielsen's nine global
employee resource groups for end-to-end talent touchpoints.
She is passionate about diversity as a driver
of business growth and values an inclusive culture. A Georgia native, Graham earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the
University of Georgia and an MBA from Mercer University.
