Named CEO of Sun Bum, a division of SC Johnson, in 2019, Herrera applies her more than 20 years as a proven sales and marketing leader to her current role. Previously, she was senior director, customer and shopper marketing for North America, at SC Johnson, where she led the team to exceed objectives for a more than $3 billion portfolio including channel strategy and activation, digital strategy and content, new product strategy and execution, analytics, supply and demand input and guidance.
Additionally, she has held roles in sales, learning and development, and global brand management at SC Johnson, and worked on strategic initiatives such as the design, training and launch of a process digitization tool used by SCJ employees globally.
Herrera began her career with Nestlé in their frozen and refrigerated division after graduating with her degree in food and consumer package goods marketing from WMU.
