Get Ready

  • The conference will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 23 and 24.
  • The schedule and full list of 60+ speakers is located on our website.
  • Before logging into the conference, test your computer system to ensure maximum viewer experience. This test will assist you in correcting things that might affect your virtual experience, such pop up blockers, cookies, audio and video.

After Hours Events

  • Bell’s Brewery Virtual Happy Hour - Tuesday, March 23rd 5:45 p.m. EST. Join us for the happiest of hours as we show you how to pour and assess beer while tasting through 3 of our core brands. We will explore the relationship between food and beer, pairing each with simple food items found in your home.
  • Constellation Brands Live Mixology Session- Wednesday, March 24th at 5:45 p.m. EST Want to know how to make the perfect margarita, join us and Constellation Brands Mixologist and be the envy at your next party.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will accessing the on-demand sessions and sponsor showcase exhibit be on the same platform we view the conference? Yes! There is an auditorium for the main stage and an on-demand auditorium where all the on-demand sessions will "live."
  • Do we have access to all on-demand sessions or is there a limit on how many can be viewed? All registrants have full access to the platform and all speaker sessions for 30 days.
  • Are speakers on the “main stage” speaking live or is it pre-recorded? All speakers, except one, are recorded. However, the entire two-day show will have live elements. All speakers will be present during their sessions to answer questions you may have through our Live Chat feature. We will have a live host, who will be doing interviews with attendees, sponsors and consumers. You will see Dr. Frank Gambino and some of the WMU team live throughout both days. Duncan Wardle, former Vice President of Innovation at Disney and our closing speaker on Tuesday, will be LIVE with audience participation! Registrants will be given a link to his presentation and will leave the virtual platform to view.
  • How do the sponsor booths work? Without our sponsor support, we wouldn’t be here. Please visit our sponsor exhibit hall and all our sponsor booths. Each booth is different, and you will learn about each sponsor company’s organization, products and services. Many booths have a chat feature active and videos for learning and entertaining.
  • Is there a live chat feature? We will have a live chat feature during each session and many of our speakers have agreed to be in the chat box during their session. We expect to have them answering questions, etc. in the chat (this is just a "chat" not a webcam).
  • How do I get points on the Conference Leaderboard? The leaderboard is a great way to work your way around our virtual conference environment. The more you click and participate in our virtual conference the greater your odds of winning one of three great prizes. Visit the leaderboard to see where you stand. Buster Bronco is rooting for you!
