Currently, as managing director for Accenture, a publicly held, global consulting and technology company, Pritchard leads the North American food retail segment and oversees a multi-million dollar client portfolio. She is responsible for managing a team of retail professionals with the responsibility for developing new and continuing business across the food ecosystem. She also serves as the client account lead for an international food retailer where she is leading their digital transformation.
Prior to Accenture, Pritchard was a partner with IBM where she led multiple initiatives such as utilizing Watson and AI technologies to transform customer and enterprise experiences within retail, developing retail mobile solutions with Apple, and was on the forefront of developing retail internet of things solutions. Previous to IBM, she was a managing director at Alvarez and Marsal leading global operations initiatives and held a variety of executive leadership positions at Chicos FAS, JCPenney, Carter’s, VF Corporation, Russell Athletic and Kurt Salmon Associates.
