Since joining TreeHouse Foods, she has successfully led sales teams across many key customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Aldi, Dollar General, and many more. She has been most excited to help drive the strategies and culture at TreeHouse Foods, while deepening her industry expertise with the exposure to the private brand space.
Quaintance began her career in 2008 with Daiichi Sankyo, a small pharmaceutical sales company. She managed the southeast Wisconsin territory and was responsible for marketing hypertension and cholesterol medications. From there, she left the pharmaceuticals industry and made the move to consumer packaged goods, joining SC Johnson.
While at SC Johnson, she held various roles on the customer marketing team before relocating to Bentonville, Arkansas, to take on a sales role on the Walmart customer team. During her time with SC Johnson, she was responsible for portfolio management of the air care business and developing emerging format business with Walmart.com and Walmart Neighborhood Markets.
Quaintance spent a short period of time at ConAgra Brands before joining Kimberly-Clark, relocating to Neenah, Wisconsin, where she took roles in sales strategy and had her first exposure to private brand manufacturing. Eventually, she left Kimberly-Clark to join TreeHouse Foods, and broaden her industry experience into private brand.
Quaintance’s involvement in PLMA began at its 2017 trade show, as a first-time attendee. Then, in early 2020, she was offered the opportunity to join the PLMA board of directors. She is very excited about the opportunity to expand her involvement in the organization.
Quaintance holds a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from University of Wisconsin-Parkside and an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas.
