Anthony Kyles is the chief customer officer, meals & beverages for Campbell Soup Company. Prior to his new role at Campbell's, he served as the vice president of national accounts for PepsiCo. Kyles has been a transformational leader and growth driver throughout his career and his leadership has been aimed at developing a diverse culture of collaboration, innovation and progress. At PepsiCo, his operational, marketing, sales, service and manufacturing experience have relieved pressured business models and engaged cross functional teams to drive above target cost savings and profits.

Over his 16 years with PepsiCo, Kyles has held multiple leadership roles overseeing category growth strategies in various channels (retail, food service, emerging, e-commerce, etc.) allowing him to build cross functional and divisional experiences in operations, marketing, sales, shopper insights and manufacturing.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, he worked at IBM as a systems engineer for several years, ending his career with a transition to sales as a senior executive leading sales and engineering teams in the banking and automotive industry.

Kyles is a graduate of Western Michigan University. He serves on the Chicago board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and on the board of directors for Collin County Business Alliance in Texas.
