Parent and Family Hospitality Tent

Sangren Mall: Monday, August 31 and Tuesday, September 1, 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Parent and Family Hospitality Tent will help ease the transition for parents and families. This will be a stopping point for them during move-in days to enjoy refreshments, receive a WMU gift, and enter a raffle. Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate to mingle with families and answer their last-minute questions.

Because of the duration of the event, we encourage you to sign up for the day and time that works best with your schedule. We would like campus representatives at the tent all day to maximize opportunities to interact with families.
