Clearing Cache and Cookies

Windows

Macos

Chrome (Windows)

  1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner
  2. Select More Tools followed by Clear Browsing Data
  3. Set Time range to All time
  4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear Data

Firefox (Windows)

  1. Click the three horizontal bars in the top right corner of the window
  2. Select Options
  3. Click Privacy & Security on the left
  4. Under Cookies and Site Data click Clear Data...
  5. Ensure that Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked
  6. Click Clear

Internet Explorer (Windows)

  1. Click the Safety menu
  2. Select Delete Browsing History
  3. Uncheck the Preserve favorites website data box
  4. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
  5. Click Delete

Chrome (macOS)

  1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner
  2. Select More Tools followed by Clear Browsing Data
  3. Set Time range to All time
  4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear Data

Firefox (macOS)

  1. Select the History menu
  2. Select Clear Recent History
  3. From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select Everything
  4. Ensure Cookies and Cache are checked
  5. Click Clear Now

Safari (macOS)

  1. From the Safari menu in the menu bar, select Preferences
  2. Click the Advanced tab
  3. Check Show Develop menu in menu bar
  4. Click Develop in the menu bar
  5. Click Empty Caches
