Learning Resource Center

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Learning Resource Center will remain closed through the end of the spring 2020 semester. However, LRC staff remains available to support faculty and students during this time. If you need additional information from or about the LRC, please email helen.beck@wmich.edu or call (269) 873-6934 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Supporting faculty and students will remain a top priority, especially as we respond to your concerns surrounding access to resources.

The Learning Resource Center is located on the first floor of the Health and Human Services Building at Western Michigan University. It is a place to meet with other students for study groups, dialogue, exploration, conferences and career guidance. The Learning Resource Center is designed to enhance the educational experience for health and human services students.

The LRC is staffed by students and complements the college by providing access to learning materials and computers. The collection includes assorted software, textbooks, basic reference books, DVDs, videos, journals and includes a two-hour reserve program.

Fall and spring
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Summer I
Monday through Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
