Dr. Staci Perryman-Clark is Associate Dean of the Lee Honors College and Associate Professor of English. Her research interests include culturally relevant pedagogy, language rights and writing program administration. She is the author of Afrocentric Teacher-Research: Rethinking Appropriateness and Inclusion, and the Co-editor (with David E. Kirkland and Austin Jackson) of Students' Right to Their Own Language: A Critical Sourcebook.  She was the 2018 recipient of the College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Recognition Award in Diversity and Inclusion, and 2015 recipient of the College of Arts and Sciences Faculty Achievement Award for Excellence in Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities.
