Assignments are made based on the date the application is submitted, so applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Every effort is made to assign you to your first choice. However, the vacancy status at the time of assignment may necessitate assigning you to your second or third choice. A transfer to another location may be permitted after occupancy. If an assignment is not possible, you will be notified approximately 30 days before your move-in date so you can explore housing alternatives.
There is no application fee or penalty for not accepting an assignment.
Applications are in the Residence Life office, third floor of the Faunce Student Services Building, and online.
