Help and Training Services

The Office of Information Technology provides a Technology Help Desk as your first point of contact for computer hardware and software, Bronco NetID, email and smart phone related questions and problems. A mobile help desk is provided to provide on-site support in the residence halls. An online training system is provided at no charge to faculty and staff.


WMU's email system, W-Exchange, is a very powerful system which allows many options for collaboration with fellow students and colleagues.

Spam Filtering

A spam monitoring system is in place to scan inbound and outbound email to identify malicious or otherwise unwanted messages. It determines if a message should be rejected due to unacceptable content.
