University Libraries has closed the Swain Education Library in Sangren Hall for the 2020-21 academic year to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19.

How this space will be used

The Education Library space will be temporarily used for the Solution Squad, a service hub that provides academic and technical support to students. This team of top-notch problem-solvers offers comprehensive, personalized support to connect students to the information and resources they need to succeed.

The Solution Squad is available by phone, live chat, in-person at Swain Library in Sangren Hall or around campus on their mobile cart. To get in touch with the Squad, call (269) 387-1000 or visit wmich.edu/solution

WMUx and OneWMU/University College have collaborated with many departments and advising offices to create the Solution Squad. University Libraries is not a part of the Squad and will not have staff available in the Swain Education Library space. Visit Waldo Library for library services and resources or connect with us online or by phone.
