Paul Cartwright is an instructor of marketing at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
Cartwright formed his first company in 1990 in Nottingham, England, providing financing for capital equipment leases. Starting from a single office and with two employees, he grew the company to sales revenue of more than $400 million in 10 years with a team of more than 100 employees. Cartwright sold the company in 2000 before moving to Michigan.
Cartwright teaches marketing principles, marketing research and business principles.
As a consultant, Cartwright has worked with Ford, Paris Metro rapid transit company, British Airways, EADS, Rolls Royce Motors, Jaguar, as well as many smaller companies, particularly in the financial and defense sectors.
Cartwright is a member of United Kingdom's Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, as well as the American Marketing Association.
