Nicholas Hammond is from Woodhaven, Michigan, and is a graduate of Gabriel Richard Catholic High School. He is majoring in sales and business marketing, as well as leadership and business strategy, with a minor in general business and expects to graduate in April 2021. Following graduation, Nicholas will begin a career as a sales development representative at Qualtrics in Dallas, Texas; he also plans to  pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. Nicholas has completed four internships with Quicken Loans, Samvardhana Motherson Group, E. & J. Gallo Winery and Perrigo, while also working as a brand manager for Amazon Prime Student, office manager for WMU’s Office of Residence Life and as a teaching assistant. He has held leadership positions with several student organizations, including the Sales and Business Marketing Association and Phi Gamma Delta, and has been named to the Dean’s List for eight semesters. Nicholas has amassed many accolades during his time at WMU, including being named Homecoming King and an honoree of The 30. He has also committed more than 150 hours of volunteer service to the Kalamazoo community through organizations such as Aspiras Foundation, Bronson Children’s Hospital and Goodwill.
