Western Michigan University's MBA program is available in two Michigan locations: Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. The requirements for the MBA are the same at both locations, and students may take classes in either location. Check course listings for offerings in your location.
Our Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids locations offer four semesters each year. Fall and spring semesters are 13 weeks long, with classes meeting one night per week. Summer I and summer II sessions are 6 1/2 weeks long, with classes meeting two nights per week. Most classes meet on weekdays from 6 to 9 p.m.
We also may offer the MBA program onsite for individual companies. Contact Dr. Steve Newell, associate dean of operations and graduate programs, to start a conversation if your company is interested in learning more. | Email Steve Newell
The MBA program is housed in Schneider Hall, home to the Haworth College of Business on WMU's main campus in Kalamazoo. The facility, named for founding dean Dr. Arnold Schneider, is adjacent to the John E. Fetzer Center, forming a unique and outstanding business education complex. Schneider Hall features tiered classrooms, meeting spaces for MBA students in the MBA program office, a large auditorium for the speaker series events held each year and the large Kellogg's computing lab.
