Archive of Reception of the Classics Lectures

This archive lists in reverse chronological order the Reception of the Classics in the Middle Ages lectures at the International Congress on Medieval Studies hosted by Western Michigan University's Medieval Institute. The lecture, endowed in memory of Archibald Cason Edwards, Senior, and Sarah Stanley Gordon Edwards, is presented each year by a distinguished scholar on a topic pertaining to the reception of the culture of classical antiquity in medieval Europe.
