New Year, New YOU: It's All About YOU

Join us January 20-22 as we celebrate the well-being of the students, faculty and staff at Western Michigan University. Daily activities are planned to explore the YOU @ Western platform and help you learn how to succeed, thrive and matter at WMU.

Access to the Student Recreation Center, virtual and in-person programming is sponsored by WSA and Western Wellness for all current WMU students, faculty and staff with a Bronco ID. Virtual fitness classes will be held on the SRC ExperienceWMU page.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 20—Thrive

    Physical-Emotional

    Learn how to "Thrive" through your physical and emotional well-being.

    • Tighten & Tone (Virtual and in-person fitness class) - 12:10 to 12:50 p.m., In-person attendance is limited to20, virtual link for Zoom located in ExperienceWMU

    • Holtyn & Associates table - 11 a.m.

    • Visit with Comet the Therapy Dog - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    • Yoga (Virtual and in-person fitness class) - 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., In-person attendance limited to 20, virtual link for Zoom posted in Experience WMU
