Bio: 

Dr. Weller joined the School of Social Work faculty in 2017.  Her research focuses on reducing and eliminating disparities in access, quality, and outcomes experienced by individuals with mental health disorders from racial and ethnic minority groups.  She also specializes in statistics.  Her teaching interest include research, program evaluation, and social work practice.  She is a licensed clinical social worker, with a specialization is using evidence-informed practice to improve mental health outcomes for adolescents and their caregivers.
