    What I do for self-care: I run 2 miles every day listening to podcasts. I follow a skin care routine for my skin to feel better about myself. Every morning I write my goals and do positive self-talk to have a positive attitude during the day. I read books every day for 20 minutes. I spend time with my sisters and friends. I talk to my parents and relatives back at home.

    Career Goals: I would like to be an airline Captain at a US based carrier. The plane I want to fly the most is the Boeing 777.     Career Goals: I am really interested in the academia. The idea of global quality control has really motivated me to wanting to conduct research in the pharmaceutical industry.

    What I do for self-care: Keeping a fixed sleep and exercise routine are my number one go-to when it comes to selfcare. In the winter months, I do a lot of light therapy. Just sitting by the firepit, sharing stories with family and friends (spooky campfire stories) does the magic for me.

    Career Goals: My dream job in the future would be working in the food industry as a process engineer or project manager. I plan to work my way up to a project manager position by gaining experience in lower roles to develop a deeper understanding of manufacturing processes. I would prefer to work for an organic foods and/or sustainability-focused company. I have worked at Walmart and was a Supply Chain Intern for PepsiCo last summer and enjoyed getting firsthand experience in manufacturing.

    Hobbies/Interests: I love being outdoors and enjoy hiking, skiing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and baking.

    What I do for self-care: I make sure to always get a full night of sleep and I like to read at least 10 pages of a book every night. I try to eat healthy but that doesn't always happen. I like to practice yoga when I'm stressed. Getting outside really helps to clear my mind and ease tension during a busy week, I usually go for a walk or rollerblade. If I had a really bad day, I treat myself to a coffee and brownie from my favorite local shop!
