Tuition and Fees

Below is an estimated overview of the costs of attendance for students at WMU during the fall and spring semesters. Students can also use the estimated cost of attendance calculator to plan college costs. The WMU Board of Trustees recently voted to reduce basic, main-campus nonresident tuition and required fees by 47 percent. This deep cut in tuition is effective summer 1 2017 (and beyond) for incoming nonresident undergraduates.  Rates for Extended University Programs regional locations and online can be found at the Register's Office page.
