Outlook on  Windows is an advanced way of accessing Email in W-Exchange that provides additional feature that are not available in Outlook on the Web. Read the feature comparison to determine if you need to use Outlook on Windows  to use advanced features that are not available with Outlook on the Web.



Sharing your inbox or a folder

Share your entire email account (Delegation):

Please follow the steps below to complete this process 

  1. Configure Delegation permissions in Outlook for Windows  
  2. Make your email account visible to your delegates in Outlook for Windows
  3. Complete the online form to request delegation of your entire account. Note: If you need immediate assistance with this step please call the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP
  4. Inform your delegates to follow the instructions to manage an account delegated to you
