WFS presents suspense-filled treat for HalloweenOct. 18, 2001 KALAMAZOO -- Western Film Society presents a suspenseful treat just in time for Halloween. "With a Friend Like Harry" screens at the Little Theatre, Friday, Oct. 26, and Saturday, Oct. 27, at 7 and 9:30 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 28 at 2:30 and 5 p.m. This highly acclaimed French-language film about one man's dangerous obsession is a darkly funny thriller reminiscent of Hitchcock at his best. "Harry" won several Cesar Awards (the French Oscars) including Best Director and Best Actor and was deemed, "a strange and funny film, smart, complex and difficult to shake," by the New York Times. The Little Theatre is on the corner of Oakland Drive and Oliver St. on Western Michigan University's East Campus. General admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. There is free off-street parking behind the theatre. For more information, call the movie line at (616) 387-8221, or visit the Western Film Society on the Web at <www.wmich.edu/films>.
