In the spirit of Thanksgiving, runners are encouraged to bring a canned food donation to the race to benefit a local food charity. Prizes will be awarded for the overall first-place male and female finishers in both the 2.5 mile run and walk. Separate awards will go to the top male and female finishers among students and among faculty and staff. There is also a prize for the runner who finishes last.
