'Vagina Monologues' at Dalton for two performances

KALAMAZOO--Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues" will be performed at Western Michigan University Saturday, Feb. 14, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. in the Dalton Center Recital Hall.

Tickets are $5 and are available at the door. Proceeds benefit Women's Equality, a WMU student organization, which is committed to equality through education, events and activism.

WMU performances of "The Vagina Monologues" are part of the annual V-Day international campaign to raise awareness and end violence against women and girls. For more information on V-Day, go to <www.vday.org>.

Women's Equality holds meetings Tuesday evenings at 8:30 p.m. in Room 211 of the Bernhard Center. Everyone is welcome to attend. For more information, call Kristy Pagan at 599-6159.
