WMU HOME > ABOUT WMU > WMU NEWS Volleyball Broncos hold Labor Day 'Fan Fest'Aug. 30, 2004 KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University's volleyball team will hold a fan appreciation event prior to the Broncos' Labor Day match versus the University of Nebraska, ranked No. 2 in the nation in preseason polls. Dubbed "Fan Fest," the event is from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6, outside the main entrance to University Arena. The volleyball match begins at 12:30 p.m. in the arena. Fan Fest will feature music and a jumping balloon for the children. Lunch will be available to everyone for $2-per-plate, provided by Damon's. General admission tickets for volleyball are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Members of "Team Bronco" receive a free meal and free admission to the contest.
