Jan. 24, 2005
KALAMAZOO--Faculty and staff members at Western Michigan University are invited to nominate deserving students for inclusion in "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges." WMU has participated in this Who's Who program for more than 20 years.
To be eligible for inclusion, students must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average at WMU; must have junior, senior or graduate student status; and must have demonstrated involvement on campus and in their community.
Nominations are due by Friday, Feb. 4.
The nomination process is relatively simple and takes only a few minutes. Nominations may be submitted electronically, by fax or by campus mail. Nominated students will be asked to complete an application form. After confirming the nominee's information, those students who qualify will be recommended to the national office of Who's Who. Students who receive this designation will be honored at a ceremony April 15 in the Bernhard Center.
