Sindecuse offers automated prescription refill service

April 6, 2005

KALAMAZOO--Customers of the Sindecuse Health Center pharmacy now have more ways than ever before to refill their prescriptions on their schedules and from the convenience of their home or office.

The pharmacy at Western Michigan University's health center has established an automated phone system to place prescription refill requests 24 hours a day. By dialing (269) 387-3301 and pressing option 1, customers can place refill orders by entering their prescription number--a six-digit number found in the upper left-hand corner of the their current prescription label. The prescription will be processed and ready for pick up when the customer arrives at Sindecuse.

To speak directly with a Sindecuse pharmacist about any questions or concerns, call (269) 387-3301 and press option 5 during normal pharmacy hours.

Hours for the Sindecuse Health Center and pharmacy can be found on the Web at www.sindecuse.org.
