"Phantom" opens with Kids' Night on Broadway

KALAMAZOO--"The Phantom of the Opera" comes to Miller Auditorium at Western Michigan University for 32 performances Wednesday, April 19, through Sunday, May 14, and children age 12-18 may attend the April 19 show free when accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Adults purchasing a full-priced ticket will receive one free ticket for a child age 12-18 to the April 19 show. This offer is restricted to Zones II or higher. Theatre personnel may ask to see proof of age of child at the door. The Kids' Night offer is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

"The Phantom of the Opera" contains mature themes and may not be appropriate for younger audiences. Parents should use their discretion based on the maturity levels of their children.

Kids' Night on Broadway also includes a free pre-theatre mask making party with cast members and a Taco Bar dinner provided by Qdoba Mexican Grill for the first 50 to sign up. The party will begin at 5:30 in the lobby on the Grand Tier level of Miller.

Tickets for "The Phantom of the Opera" range from $20 to $64 for non-student adults and are available by calling (269) 387-2300 or toll free (800) 228-9858, online at www.millerauditorium.com, or by visiting the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office or the Epic Center Box Office in downtown Kalamazoo. Groups of 20 or more should call (269) 387-2312 for group rates.
